Enrolment and Waitlist
Before your child starts at Pinnacle Preschool, there is an enrolment process that you need to complete. We can assist you every step of the way. My of these processes are required by the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and provide us with the information needed to care for your child:
Step 1: Please put your name down on our waitlist. This can be done here on our website or by contacting our administration on 6361 4093.
Step 2: Contact Pinnacle Preschool to arrange a tour of our facility, as well as an opportunity to meet our team of educators.
Step 3: When your child is offered a placement at preschool, you will be provided with an enrolment pack. This will have all the information required to enrol your child.
Step 4: Please complete and sign the enrolment form. Please ask Pinnacle Preschool staff or administration for assistance you may need to complete this form. There are a few additional documents required:
- You will need to show Pinnacle Preschool an original copy of your child's Birth Certificate. This will be copied and kept on file.
- You will need to provide Pinnacle Preschool with one of the following forms to confirm your child's current immunisation status:
ACIR Immunisation History Statement which shows that the child is up to date with their scheduled vaccinations. This can be accessed for free on the My Gov website or the local Medicare office, or;
Medicare Immunisation History Form (IMMU13) on which the immunisation provider has certified that the child is on a recognised catch-up schedule, or;
Medicare Immunisation Exemption – Medical Contraindication Form (IMMU111) which has been certified by an immunisation provider, or;
Medicare Immunisation Exemption Conscientious Objection Form (IMMU12) which has been certified by an immunisation provider and a parent. “
Please note, a child’s Blue Book is no longer sufficient to prove immunisation status.
If your child has a diagnosed medical condition such as Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy or another condition that will require management at preschool, there will be additional information required as well a meeting time established to discuss your child's individual needs with our team.
If your child has a diagnosed disability or additional learning and support needs, a meeting time will be established to discuss your child's individual needs.

Step 5: After returning your enrolment form, please pay the $50 enrolment fee. Please note this is a one-off, non-refundable fee to confirm your child's spot. This fee will also cover the provision of a Pinnacle Preschool sun hat. You will also receive your first invoice for your child's fee via email. Please read the fee collection policy for any additional information.
Step 6: Bring your child along to join our preschool family! We hope that the time spent at Pinnacle Preschool is an enjoyable experience for you and your family.
